Why we chose to adopt a Gender Equality policy
Gender equality is Goal 5 of the UN 2030 Agenda, is part of the social dimension of the sustainable development concept and is a central element of all ESG assessments.
Below is a graphic summary of Goal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
Furthermore, under Goal 5 of the NRP, the Gender Equality Certification was introduced
of Enterprises, based on the reference practice UNI PdR 125 2022 'Guidelines on the Management System for Gender Equality, which envisages the adoption of specific KPIs on Gender Equality Policies in Organisations'.
