Ethical Governance

Global Code of Ethics - Italian Legislative Decree 231 of 2001

The Legislative Decree 231/2001 introduced into the Italian legal system the principle of corporate liability for certain crimes committed in the interest or to the benefit of the company by individuals holding representative, administrative, executive or control roles, as well as by individuals under their supervision.

To comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01 and subsequent amendments, and to ensure fairness and ethical conduct in its business activities, EPQ has adopted its own Organisational, Management and Control Model. This initiative aims, on the one hand, to raise full awareness among shareholders, directors, employees and collaborators regarding the provisions and implications of Legislative Decree 231/01; on the other hand, through the implementation of specific protocols, to prevent the offences identified in the decree.

In accordance with the above and in fulfilment of the requirements of Legislative Decree 231/01, EPQ has established its own Supervisory Body, responsible for monitoring the effectiveness, implementation and compliance with the Model by all its recipients.

EPQ has also adopted the Code of Conduct of Dolomiti Energia Group as its own, with the aim of identifying and promoting the ethical principles and behavioural standards that must be observed by directors, employees, and all those working towards the company’s goals. These individuals are also expected to ensure compliance with these principles in the exercise of their respective roles and responsibilities.

Our Integrity Starts with Respecting Our Core Values

At Dolomiti Energia Group, integrity and ethical conduct are the core of our activities. For this reason, we take a firm and unequivocal stance against corruption in all its forms—both active and passive—and are committed to preventing it through a structured clear rules and behaviours system, as outlined in our Anti-Corruption Policy.

All of us—directors, managers, employees, suppliers, collaborators, agents, and partners—are expected to uphold these principles, which guide the conduct of anyone acting on behalf of or in the interest of the Group, in any role or capacity.

Choosing an ethical approach to work is not only a responsibility towards the company; it is a personal duty for each of us, one that contributes to building a culture of ethical governance.
