Energy Transition Projects
Physical self-consumption
On-Site Power Generation (renewables)
The model is aimed at industrial and non-industrial realities having available space in proximity to be used for the construction of photovoltaic (or other renewable source) plants.
Plant size: from 500 kW upwards, also > 1 MW and above
The models available are:
- operational rental
- PPA on-site/energy service
The savings generated are realised in the non-application of system and transmission charges.
Virtual self-consumption
Individual incentivised self-consumer
The model is aimed at industrial and non-industrial realities that have space available for the construction of photovoltaic (or other renewable source) plants within the perimeter of the same primary substation (area high voltage station).
Plant size: < 1 MW
The models available are
- operating lease + incentive sharing
- surface rental + incentive sharing
The savings generated take the form of sharing the incentive and the distribution tariff component.
New and old configurations and models: how to make the right choice?
However, each specific case has peculiarities that make one solution more or less suitable than the other.
It is essential to identify the best configuration and model beforehand.
What can EPQ do for my company?
EPQ supports customers from a technical point of view with:
Plant feasibility analyses
Plant financing and implementation
Connection procedures
Ongoing multi-year plant management and relations with GSE
Plant monitoring, maintenance and insurance
Access to possible incentives (individual self-consumption)
What advantages can I gain?
Reducing emissions and improving the sustainability balance.
Access to renewable energy at a defined price, not linked to market trends.
Possibility to intercept market opportunities, such as Demand Response and other flexibility services.
Key to accessing and maintaining other subsidies and/or incentives (Energivores, Energy Release, etc.).
